Medieval Wrestling & Dagger Course

by

Defence from a dagger attack while seated.

Join us over 7 weeks as we explore the art of chivalric wrestling and dagger fighting as taught by Fiore dei Liberi. Used for sport and self defence throughout renaissance Europe wrestling and dagger fighting teaches the basis for all weapons based combat of the period.

These techniques are efficient and effective and work in and out of armour. Most importantly they are a heap of fun to practice and learn and make for a nice introduction to sparring.
