Kids classes teach the fundamentals of Knightly Combat (two-handed swords within the Italian tradition) to students between 7 and 11 years old. Teens classes are for students aged 12-18 years.
Students learn how to wield a sword safely using foam and wooden replica swords to demonstrate and practice defensive and offensive techniques, and also learn the associated wrestling skills. Students will occasionally have the opportunity to work with steel swords when appropriate.
