Workshops

How does Capoferro really want us to fence with the rapier?
This workshop will expose the true art we should use with this weapon, as taught by Habibi Favilla.

Fiore’s Spear: Direct and to the Point.
This method for using the spear covers the most important ideas and situations in and out of armour with a spear. Tom Lanyon will show us the elegant simplcity of Fiore’s approach.

Will there be swords to borrow?
Yes there will be loaner Longswords, Sideswords, Bucklers, and Rapiers, to borrow if needed. Daggers will be provided for everyone for the Dagger torunament. There will also be some limited loaner PPE – with priority going to newer fencers. If you need to borrow something we encourage you to organise it with your home club in advance.
